Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responding to incoming mails and inquiries. Making sure that you deliver quality sales by understanding customers’ requirement.
• Being able to resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Setting sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Promoting our products to new and existing customers.
• Meeting Monthly targets.
• Preparing monthly Sales Reports.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Make recommendations to Management to enhance or improve sales.
• Do market research and monitors competitor’s activities.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM/SYSTEM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
