We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the lubricant industry based in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a competitive market. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, articulating the value and benefits of our lubricant products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales within the raw material for lubricant industry.
- Strong understanding of Base oil and Lubricant Additives, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
