We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the perfume industry within the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
