Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air, sea, and land freight services, with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air, sea, and land freight sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote company services.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the air, sea, or land freight industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, logistics operations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
