Sales Executive - HORECA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the HORECA Seafood industry. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and will focus on expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the HORECA segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the seafood market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients in the hospitality sector. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our premium seafood products to restaurants, hotels, and catering services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the HORECA sector.
- Identify and target potential clients including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies to promote our seafood products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the HORECA market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the seafood or foodservice industry.
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA sector and understanding of customer needs and preferences in this market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE to meet clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commision on sales
