We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing team in the vibrant city of Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate and a keen eye for market trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients seeking properties for investment, rental, or purchase. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the local property market while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of listings to potential buyers or renters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood information to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and promotional content to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are met.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or high-end brand consultancy, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail landscape, including customer preferences, market trends, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with VIP clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and client service skills, with the ability to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, clienteling tools, and digital marketing platforms to manage client relationships and drive sales.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
