Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, coupled with exceptional sales skills to drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing innovative logistics solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs while contributing to the overall vision of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the freight forwarding market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their shipping needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills & strategist
