Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our cardiovascular division, specializing in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales within the UAE, with strong knowledge of interventional cardiology solutions such as stents, balloons, guidewires, and catheters. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as interventional cardiologists and cath lab staff, and providing clinical support and product training as needed. The candidate should be well-versed in the UAE healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory compliance, with a passion for delivering innovative cardiovascular solutions that improve patient outcomes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in interventional cardiology, specifically in PCI products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE medical device market, with a well-established network of contacts among cardiologists, cath lab professionals, and hospital procurement teams. A deep understanding of PCI procedures and product knowledge—such as stents, balloons, catheters, and guidewires—is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. A bachelor's degree in a medical or scientific field and a valid UAE driving license are required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
