Sales Executive

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival, assess their needs, and provide assistance in selecting furniture that meets their preferences and requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the store’s products, including materials, styles, and pricing, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Achievements: Meet or exceed sales targets by employing effective selling techniques, upselling, and fostering repeat business.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and complies with merchandising standards.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with the purchasing process – including taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating delivery.
• After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work with fellow sales staff and management to create a positive work environment and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a sales-driven mentality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, including point-of-sale systems.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
AED 6000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commissions as per company policy
