Job description / Role
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for lighting projects.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, including contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from client engagement to contract closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions with customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools.
• Manage and support a sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the lighting industry.
• Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, standards, and project applications.
• Strong knowledge of lighting controls preferred.
