Position Title: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission and performance-based incentives

About the Client:
A Dubai-based investment firm specializing in innovative concepts in Entertainment, Leisure, and Hospitality, partnering with top developers to turn bold ideas into market leaders.

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients—such as schools, businesses, and organizations—through outreach, site visits, and presentations.
• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy focused on school field trip bookings, including outdoor activations and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions, negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Track pipeline activity in CRM, analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing to drive continuous growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the family entertainment, hospitality, events, or leisure industries
• Arabic language skills, UAE driving license, and own car are considered a plus

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
