Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our software sales team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will drive software product sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software sector within the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase software capabilities and benefits.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions and meet client requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Proven experience in software sales or a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex software products and technical concepts.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
