Job objectives

• To conduct research and development activities to expand the companyu2019s or groupu2019s operations.
• To promote the image, products, and services offered by the group.
• To provide all necessary support to the subsidiaries' general managers in continuously expanding the existing market and developing new markets.

Summary of functions

• Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and expanding current business operations.
• Establishing customer contacts and developing proposals and marketing presentations.

Major duties and responsibilities

• Analyze the market and recommend opportunities for pursuit.
• Forecast short and long-range market potentials.
• Introduce the group to potential customers and business partners.
• Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives.
• Manage reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with similar and/or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
• Identify potential opportunities such as tenders and new projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bacheloru2019s degree in business or other related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar post.
• Excellent communication (English and Arabic), negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent track record.
• Previous experience with any of the following industries is preferred:

• Hospitality
• Real estate
• Corporate banking
• Insurance
