Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the fast-moving consumer goods sector with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships with restaurant clients and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential restaurant clients to expand the customer base.
- Present and promote our range of fresh fruits and vegetables to meet clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future sales targets.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and network with potential clients.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce sales to restaurants or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and restaurant industry dynamics.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
