Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Pumps Division in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the general trading sector focused on pumps and related equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market for pumps and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on product features and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pumps industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and client dynamics.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
