Overview of the role

We are looking for performance-driven sales executives to join our growing Automall used cars team. In this role, you will be on the frontline, providing an exceptional sales experience to every customer and representing the face of the business. No automotive sales experience is required — if you are passionate about sales, customer service, and want to build a rewarding career, we will provide you with the tools and training to succeed.

What you will do

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets.
• Provide first-class service to all potential and existing customers of Automall.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads promptly to maximise sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and finance arrangements.
• Sell additional vehicle-related insurance products and accessories.
• Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Keep up to date with the automotive industry, competitor offerings, and customer trends.

Required skills to be successful

• Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or real estate preferred, but not mandatory.
• UAE driving licence is a must.
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for sales.
• Proficiency in using a PC and MS Office.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
