Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve personal and boutique target on a monthly, “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Assuring Products sales according the quota and boutique directives
• Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
• Representing the brand at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Liaising with main supplier to check on the progress of existing orders
• Respecting the boutique procedures about Purchases orders, customers’ sales
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

Requirements

Arabic Speaking Female
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role. Hospitality background is a plus.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• The ability and desire to sell
• Strategic sense, pro-active, customer focused individual with strong analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive, personal attributes of integrity skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a tem
• Reflective person, attentive to people, enthusiastic, and with sense of responsibilities
• Knowledge of the software applications (MS Office, Outlook, Messenger, Specific Retail System)
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
