Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales lady to lead our luxury furniture showroom.

The candidate must:

• Oversee daily operations of the high-end furniture showroom.
• Communicate professionally with Russian and English-speaking clients.
• Present luxury furniture, marble, and kitchen designs to clients.
• Assist in visualizing and integrating products into 3D interior renderings.
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand quality and standards.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales teams to drive showroom performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in high-end interior finishes, kitchens, and marble.
• Proficiency in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and other interior design tools.
• Experience in luxury furniture retail or project-based interior sales is a plus.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to drive sales growth.
