Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving freight forwarding team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in a competitive logistics market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector within the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued collaboration and satisfaction.
- Present and promote the company’s freight forwarding services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of shipping and logistics services.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

- Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and shipping processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and network effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the UAE and the region.
