Duration: Full time

* Responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling agro commodities procured by the Procurement team to them.
* They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
* Experience in selling agro commodities (Al Badia(Chilli powder, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Almond), Diary, Seeds, Pulses, Mixed Basket(Hibiscus flower, Maramia Leaves, Dried Lemon, Arabic Gum), Spices, Nuts, Dry fruits, Coffee etc.) to Buyers/Traders/Millers will be preferred.
* You must understand the sales and marketing processes and be able to negotiate with clients.
* You must be able to search out prospective buyers of agro commodities.
* Communication skills are also vital to this job

Job Responsibilities:

* Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the similar industry - General Trading of Agro Commodities(Like Pulses, Grains and Spices, Nuts and Dry fruits, Coffee etc).
* Find new Buyers/Traders/Millers for Commodity procured from Farmers through agro retailers
* Generate ideas, concepts, and systems for achieving more sales
* Ensure the company achieves and maintains a competitive edge
* Responsible for lead generation for Commodity procured , managing relationship, and clients meetings
* Negotiate and close business deals with buyers and sellers
* Raise awareness for company and its products
* Sign contracts and bids for the company
* Respond to the needs of customers and manage sales processes
* Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company
* Ensure quality processes and standards in order to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and to acquire new customers
* Develop effective working relationships with buyers
* Should be presentable
* Can handle key account
* Responsible about sales and after sales communication, delivery, collections
* Knowledgeable about the products and the competitors
* Can identify reliable and good customers in the market.

Requirements

* Nationality: Anyone can apply
* Languages: English , Urdu and Arabic is an addition
* Valid Driving License is mandatory
* Visa will be provided
