Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in the beautiful city of Al Ain.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality/Restaurant sector to understand their needs and promote our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth strategy of the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and address any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
- A keen interest in the hospitality industry, with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
