Sales Executive - Energy Efficiency Solutions

A well-recognized Energy Efficiency Solutions Company in the Middle East is looking for a competitive, sales-driven and experienced SALES EXECUTIVE to join their team in Dubai. The focus of the role is to identify and build leads to prospect for new clients and perform sales activity throughout the entire sales cycle by working closely with assigned/existing/new customers and designated projects and contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets.

• Perform day-to-day sales activities such as sales visits/ calls, determine best solutions, create proposal documentation, prepare and deliver presentations. Negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and successfully close deals. Undertake appropriate sales strategies and techniques such as sales cycle reduction, sales collateral and relevant presentations, effective territory management by database creation and account management activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager and management team as and when required. Undertake and provide digital marketing analytics and reports to the management team.
• Create and develop Project contracts, NOPs, qualifications packages, etc.
• Consistently use company sales and projects tools (CRM etc.) to capture, update and maintain all relevant account and project information.
• Build long-term business relationships by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers and key decision makers.
• Improve professional and technical knowledge by participating in professional societies and workshops and stay up to date through regular review of publications and industry trends.
• Ensure knowledge of the competitive landscape to then assist in developing relevant courses of action

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales/Business Development/Customer-facing role preferably in the Energy Efficiency industry.
• Professional and technical knowledge of Energy Efficiency services, sales cycles and processes, market and industry knowledge.
• Ability to plan, organize, analyze & resolve problems and recognize needs for self-improvement
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients, ability to market and sell company products and services
• Willingness to learn and self-develop, have a proactive approach to continuous growth and improvement, conscientious, enthusiastic, friendly and able to collaborate with others well, ambitious and self-motivated.
