Sales Executive (Energy Savings / Medical Sector)
Dubai, UAE

The Company

· An award winning, fast growing and highly innovative Energy Savings Company (ESCO).
· Their core expertise is in analyzing energy consumption in large commercial and residential buildings, retrofitting the technology to improve energy performance of the building and then manage the performance of the business in the future.
· As the UAE is making great striders towards energy efficiency and renewable energy they have a huge order book, with a host of blue chip clients, and are looking to hire a Senior Energy Engineer to join their team.

The Role

· This role reports to the Sales Manager and is focused on developing sales opportunities for energy efficiency projects at large buildings in the UAE. The primary focus is hospitals and the medical sector.
· You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities for energy saving initiatives with hospitals and medical facilities in the UAE.
· You will develop an excellent professional network with senior decision makers in hospitals purchasing, procurement, facilities maintenance and engineering departments.
· You will identify suitable energy saving initiatives that will have a suitable return on investment, relaying this information to the Sales Manager and Technical Director.
· You will play a key role in bids, tenders and proposals for energy saving initiatives.

Requirements

The Candidate

· Bachelors’ Degree in Business or Engineering.
· Strong professional network in the UAE’s medical sector.
· 3 years in a technical sales role.
· Ideally you will have an understanding of the Energy Savings Company (ESCO) business model.
· Proven sales ability, the ability to work autonomously and develop excellent professional relationships.

· Salary of up to 20,000 AED per month (Basic Salary, Housing Allowance and Car Allowance included).
