Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities: Sales & Account Management

- Generate new leads and build relationships to increase customer base.
- Convert new telephone/ website/ email enquiries to sales.
- Strengthen existing relationships with allocated client accounts.
- Taking a full client brief from initial telephone/ email/ website enquiry or in person.
- Preparation of quotation and proposal using All Hire and PowerPoint.
- Negotiating and final closing of proposal with the client.
- Responsible for ensuring a job is delivered to client specification and timeline.
- Management and liaising with sub contractors when required.
- Producing weekly sales reports for analysis and for follow up on collecting outstanding payments as required.
- Supporting the Sr. Sales Manager with marketing related inputs as required.
- Reporting to: Head of Sales
- Duration: Permanent
- Desired start date: October 1st
- Probation: 3 months
- Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 9am-6pm

Requirements

- Dynamic sales professional with 2-4 years’ relevant experience within events and exhibitions industry, required for our furniture rental business.
- The right candidate will have the drive to sell and personality to build client relationships and the ability to deliver projects in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with proficiency in MS Office a must.
