Job Description:
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market
- Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities. Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility

Position Title: Sales Executive – Fit Out & Renovations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 8K AED depending on experience & qualifications plus monthly commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
- Male, 45 years old & below
- Proven sales experience, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance.
- Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes
- UAE Driving license and own car are added advantage
