Job description / Role
A very large and well-known food service company based in UAE is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team and drive business growth in the assigned territories and market channels. The primary objective of this role is to generate new business, maintain existing client relationships, and increase sales revenue.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities by developing new clients in the HoReCa sector.
• Deliver agreed revenue and market share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Set and achieve sales targets as per the assigned territory and customer base, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive new business growth across all areas of the business in alignment with sales targets and budgets set by the Category Manager. Actively seek out and pursue opportunities to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by conducting customer presentations, proposing sales projects, and ensuring regular communication to understand their needs and expectations. Provide accurate and timely operational and financial information about customers.
• Achieve a balanced portfolio of business that maximizes operational efficiency and minimizes risk. Follow the allocation of targets set by the Category Manager to optimize business outcomes.
• Must have experience in the food service industry and proven track record in sales, business development, and meeting revenue targets.
• Familiarity with Hotels, Restaurants, F&B Outlets, Catering Companies, Health Clubs, and Universities sectors. Understanding of market dynamics and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
