Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Food and Sweets industry, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, build relationships with clients, and showcase our premium products in the vibrant food service market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the Horeca sector.
- Identify and target key clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and promote our range of food and sweet products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Horeca sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management, outlining progress, forecasts, and market insights.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Horeca or food industry, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and negotiating effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE to meet clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
