Job description / Role
A globally recognised food and beverage manufacturer requires dynamic sales professionals with experience in selling industrial bakery products.
EXPERIENCE IN THE UK OR EUROPE IS ESSENTIAL.
This global organisation is in a point of transition and is searching for forward thinking individuals to join the business and revolutionise its leading position in the MENA region.
The organisation has a number of successful business units of which one is industrial bakery. After successfully recruiting the senior leadership team Focus Management International have now been tasked with building the team below.
Candidates that have experience and knowledge gained from the UK and European countries will be selected for this opportunity. You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in sales, sound technical understanding of industrial bakery products and the ability to provide a solution to the client.
A tax free salary, private healthcare, flights and visa are offered to the successful candidates. Relocation to the Middle East will also be provided.
Requirements
You must have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to present a strategic consultative offering the new and existing clients across the UAE.
Ideally you will have leadership experience and if not hold the desire to lead. You will have a team Sales Representatives that will need guidance and direction. KPI’s and clear business plans must be devised in order for your team to be successful.
