Description

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote injectables to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and key decision-makers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
* Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:

The succesful candidate for this role will have:

* Scientific background in education (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field)
* Currently based in the UAE with at least 3 years of experience in injectables sales within the UAE market.
* Strong network within dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
