Sales Executive - Landscaping

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible to generate new business opportunities and drive sales for the landscaping services.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their landscaping requirements and offering personalized solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose appropriate services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of our landscaping services.
• Customize proposals to address the specific requirements of each client and follow up accordingly.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring that both parties' expectations are met. Close deals and secure long-term contracts for ongoing landscaping services.
• Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline status, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in the landscaping sales field
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Sound understanding of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to landscaping is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
