Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven proactive sales executive - leisure to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for driving sales growth and developing meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing clients. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation: Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions and their benefits.
- Sales strategy development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Pipeline management: Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, progress, and opportunities.
- Negotiation and closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market insight: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products and services effectively.
- Reporting & analysis: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian language.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively.
