Job description: Sales Executive for logistics
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients.
• Conduct outreach to introduce our services and generate inquiries related to import and export, air freight, and sea freight.
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market developments.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of logistics services, including air and sea freight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Valid GCC driving license is required.
• Sales in Logistics: 3 years

AED
5,500 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Airfare,commission of 5% of gross profit
