Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall – Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, fluency in Russian and English, and prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s product range, history, and craftsmanship to provide expert consultations.
• Assist in expanding the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers.
• Maintain an impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring stock management and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, or fashion).
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of cross-cultural communication
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Presentation: Demonstrates an understanding of executive dress code and business etiquette appropriate for high-level engagements.
• Residency: Candidates currently reside in the UAE is an advantage
