We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) and freight forwarding, along with a proven track record of driving sales and developing client relationships in the logistics industry. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of identifying new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets in NVOCC and freight forwarding services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the NVOCC or freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
