Sales Executive - Outdoor

Job description / Role

• The Sales Executive is required to report to the Team Leader and build/ maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Manage customer queries proactively and on an ongoing basis
• Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Train and induct new Sales Executives (peers) by providing them on the job training (shadowing them during market visits etc.)
• Ensure all sales metrics are met on a daily basis for himself/ herself
• Seek Team Leader/ Sales Manager assistance in handling escalated calls/visits and resolving high risk and critical customer accounts
• Present daily work plan to the Team Leader for review
• Attend daily sales huddle and periodic performance reviews
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver individual results consistently
• Ability to capture market information pertaining to customer preferences/ product feedback and presenting to the Team Leader in a suitable way
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive
• Ability to position products against competitors.

AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


Required Qualification:
• Demonstrable experience as Sales Executive, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Demonstrable experience as a Sales Executive in delivering strong sustainable results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills
• Excellent execution and target oriented
• Excellent persistence, analytical ability and leadership competencies
• Graduate degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of direct sales experience is preferred in a financial services or FMCG sector
• Good knowledge of the product

Desired Candidate:
• English speaker
• Available to join immediately (preferred)
• Experience in banking, finance, sales sectors
• Must have previous experience in the field of sales
• Must have proven track record in sales
• Must have UAE experience
