Overview of the role

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for commercial vehicles and customer success? We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic Service team in the UAE. In this role, you'll be the key link between our workshop and fleet customers, promoting value-added services and genuine parts that keep trucks running at peak performance.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fleet operators, logistics firms, and transport companies.
  • Promote and sell workshop services including maintenance contracts, diagnostics, repairs, and spare parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations based on customer needs and fleet profiles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and parts availability.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, submit reports, and monitor customer feedback.

Required skills to be successful

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Background in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.

About the team

You'll be part of a collaborative and target-driven service department, reporting to the Service Manager. The team works closely with workshop supervisors, parts specialists, and finance to deliver seamless service experiences to our valued fleet customers.
