Sales Executive - Real Estate

We’re Hiring: Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan Sales) – Dubai

We are seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Agents with a strong background in off-plan property sales within the Dubai real estate market to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan properties using company-provided leads
• Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Qualify clients and recommend suitable projects based on their needs and investment goals
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with UAE real estate trends and analytics
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Guide clients through the full buying, selling, or renting process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
• Negotiate deals and prepare required documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai property market
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape, upcoming projects, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused

Salary:
AED 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Attractive Commission and Work Visa
