Sales Executive (Spanish Speaking)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a high energy Spanish speaking Sales Executive to grow and manage B2B customers across Latin America and Spanish speaking markets. This role is for someone who loves customer relationships, enjoys closing deals, and stays disciplined with follow ups and pipeline management.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers with consistent, professional communication
• Develop new accounts and identify opportunities in your target markets
• Understand customer needs, buying behavior, and market dynamics to propose the right solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with logistics on shipment confirmations, tracking, and customer updates
• Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline, and forecasts using internal tools and reporting

• Fluent Spanish and strong English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (export sales is a plus)
• Strong follow up discipline, negotiation skills, and customer management ability
• Good business communication and confidence in handling objections
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or industrial components is a plus
