Employment: Full Time

Sales Executive - Construction Intelligence
Salary: up to AED 15,000 based on Experience plus incentives
Location: Dubai, UAE

Our Client is a new venture within the UAE, providing a platform where your reach into the construction industry and its main players has just extended even further.
Introducing the power of BI to their clients and providing ease of posting tenders, receiving bids, and inviting partners, all online.
Search among thousands of pre-qualified and verified contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers.

Key role, reporting to the Vice President, is to target but not limited to Contractors, Developers, Sub Consultants, MEP companies in the use of the company’s platform.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into successful clients.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identification and qualification of new revenue generating sales opportunities.
Carry out the supporting market studies.
Prepare and present high quality client proposals to develop new business in line with the Company’s Strategy.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience : Bachelors Degree or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a Technical Sales or Business Development role
Proven sales results and success within the UAE market
Understanding of Sales Cycles and proven ability to qualify a client.
Skills : Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
Any industry experience is open for review, however similar platforms within IT software sales would be an advantage.
Good understanding of the construction industry would be ideal however not essential
Possess excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
