Job description / Role
We are looking for technical sales executives to join our sales team. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the manufacturing sector with regards to sheet metal fabrication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Ensuring constant exposure of the company to the market through regular meetings.
• Ensuring constant client satisfaction and feedback.
• Development of new clients.
• Liaise with clients and the company to ensure quality of information, materials, specifications, drawings and final products through maintenance of proper feedback records.
• Constant competitor vigilance and feedback.
• Constant search for avenues through which the company can deliver better value to the client.
• Ensuring Quality Adherence on factory floor for finished products along with Production Manager.
• Meeting or exceeding set turnover targets.
• Timely collection of payments.
• Attend to customer feedbacks and recording them.
• Maintain records for verification of Sales processes.
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Technical Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or any other equivalent education.
• 2 years' quota carrying sales experience in UAE
• Experience in selling or dealing with server racks and cabinets, electrical enclosures and panels.
• Experience in sheet metal industry / Retail Fit out / Enclosures / Electrical Panels / Server Racks
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• UAE Driving license
• Based in UAE and ready to start immediately
