Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage key B&Is with Unilever partnered distributors
• Identify potential and opportunities for growth in B&Is channel within assigned geography and set development strategies accordingly
• Ensuring maximum daily interactions with potential customers
• Build strong relationships with distributors by providing unique & high-quality services and business solutions
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Identify and report market trends and insights

Requirements

Key Competencies & Skills - Standards of Leadership
• The candidate for this role will be responsible for the growth of our Out of Home tea business in both Dubai & Northern Emirates for Unilever Food Solutions. You will be responsible to grow the Businesses & Institutions channel within above mentioned geographies. The candidate will be responsible for creating relationships with both internal & external stakeholders. Candidate must meet / exceed sales targets.
• This role requires management of Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve all Tea related KPI's and deliver reports regularly.
• This role reports to the Assistant Sales Manager UAE.

Role Requirements:
• 1-3 years in FMCG with reputed organizations
• Distributor Management Experience is a must
• Sales Experience is a must
