Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit a native Russian speaker for the Sales Export Coordinator (CIS) position based in Dubai, UAE. The position will be responsible for assisting the sales for Fresh export CIS markets, report, monitor & tracking of orders and shipments, creating purchase & sales orders, handling of shipment documentations, communicating with internal & external customers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have native skills in Russian and fluent skills in English, together with previous experience in sales administrative role. Knowledge of export documentation is beneficial topped with excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also be IT Savvy with good skills in MS Office, knowledge on SAP is beneficial.
