Sales/Hostess - European/UK

• Responsible for finding customers to all vacant properties managed by the real estate firm.
• Ensuring that tenants are well informed about their rent status and all rented properties must have security deposit and documents valid up to date (photo copy of tenant, owner and sponsor passport, visa copy, trade license if any) and upload it to PACT system together with the signed tenancy contract and Ejari Certificate.
• Ensuring that before handing over the Tenancy Contract, Ejari Certificate, apartment keys and parking remotes to the tenants, the first payment is cleared from the Accounts Department and DEWA and EMPOWER (if any) account have been made under the tenants’ name. And if tenant vacates, you must ensure that remotes and keys are handed back to you.
• Responsible in registering tenant’s EMPOWER and other works related with these regards.
• Creates Tenancy Contract and Input Flat Inspection report in PACT system.
• Ensures that in the matter related to handing over and receiving the properties from the other member of the sales team, like parking allocation and remotes, you should verify all that you received everything related to the properties accordingly and professionally.
• Preparing and sending renewal notice three months before valid tenancy contract expire.
• Processing security deposit refund as per required.
• Submitting necessary reports related to her handled properties and other reports as per advice.
• Do follow up calls to ensure that tenancy contracts are renewed.
• Make sure to answer company mobile at all times possible. And should reply to emails of tenants, clients and others, accordingly.
• Handling tenant maintenance request, follow up and communicate with maintenance department to take necessary action.
• Dealing with rent and sales of company’s properties
• Ensuring the properties income report/ tenancy contract status reports are always updated and available.
• Other requirements as per supervisor’s advice.

Requirements

• Experience 3-4 years’ experience in similar position
• Education Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Must speak a second language
• From Europe/UK
• Great communication
• Dealing with rent and sales of company’s properties
• Ensuring the properties income report/ tenancy contract status reports are always updated and available.
• Other requirements as per supervisor’s advice.
