Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Incharge to lead our sales team in the vibrant hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth and creating memorable experiences for our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our brand reputation and expand our market share in the Al Ain region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team in the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to develop comprehensive sales strategies based on market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
Salary:
AED
6,500 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
