Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Functional Responsibilities

- Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Sales Manager.
- Motivate and manage the customers (convenience stores) within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development.
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per company planograms guidelines,
- Placement and positioning of new product launches as per priority and guidelines.
- Service and activate existing customer base and develop their loyalty for consistent business.
- Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution.
- Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided credit Terms. (Credit Days and Limit)
- Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area.
- Monitor stock level and replenishment
- Administrative function and meeting deadlines related to your designated area. (daily visits feedback, weekly trend, daily sales report, business/collection review).

Requirements

Education / Qualification

- Bachelor Degree
- Specific Knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to create win win situations through selling skills
- Follow up on after sales service & timely credit collection
- Determined with a drive to achieve targets
- Energetic, people person and motivated to be in a fast paced, challenging and thrilling environment
- UAE Driving license is a must
- Written & spoken language
- English & Arabic are a must.
