Sales & Leasing Agents Needed In Dubai

About our brokerage

We are one of the most recognized and respected privately owned Real Estate Brokerages in Dubai, with over 80 sales and leasing consultants and Western Senior Management in place. Our HQ is a company owned newly refurbished state-of-the-art 10,000 sqft office in Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina (direct access to Marinas Mall, bars, and restaurants, plus the beach is a 10 min walk) …………we really are in the best location in Dubai. We have also recently launched an office in Istanbul and with aggressive plans to open up in Asian and European cities, within the next three years.

Not only are we a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, we are also one of the biggest investors too, with a personal property portfolio of over AED 2 Billion – we buy directly from the agents.

Positions available:

We have at least 10 positions available for sales and leasing consultants – we will provide full ongoing training by our Managing and Senior Director who know and understand the market.

Package for successful candidates:

50/50 commission (earn 50% commission on all deals), can be increased for top performers

Tax-Free Earnings.

Average Earnings (Tax Free) for leasing net £30,000 - £70,000/- Average earnings for sales net £60,000 - £120,000/- Top earners £250,000 + per annum.

Full training provided.

Strong Western management support.

Strong administrative support (8+ administrators).



Full UK driving license.

Minimum 2 years Estate Agency experience or 3 years’ sales/customer service experience or highly targeted role.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Professional appearance and attitude.


The confidence to cold call.

A can-do attitude.

Highly driven and hard working.

At least £3,000 in savings – this is a commission only role so we require applicants to have savings.
