Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well establish property brokerage firm based in Business Bay. They have a number of Sales/Leasing Consultants roles available, with a focus on Downtown, Business Bay, The Palm & JVC. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Dubai property experience, with knowledge of the latest real estate trends and excellent negotiation & customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and sales of properties, preferable Dubai experienced.
- Valuation and presentation of properties
- Negotiating property values
- Professional and ongoing client support
- Excellent customer service
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years UAE real estate experience/ UK experience would also be a plus
- Strong billings track record in the UAE
- Ability to build on existing client relations
- Strong business development skills
- Western educated is highly desirable
This role offers a basic salary of AED 6,000 + standard benefits (medical + Visa)
