Job Description For Real Estate Sales & Leasing Specialist

Job Scope
We are currently looking for sales and leasing agents for the Dubai real estate market who is self-motivated, passionate and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.

Job requirements
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
• Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
• Maintain regular contact with all clients
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate a property’s value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Manage property auctions or exchanges.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license under RERA
• Certified Real Estate Brokerage and/or Certified Property Management (Preferred)
• Valid UAE driver’s license and Car (Required)
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Candidates within UAE, who are able to join immediately.
