Job description / Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sales & Leasing Director with extensive experience in UAE Real Estate market with Master Plan Developer; to add value to our growth activities by monitoring the phases of Business Development, identifying potential partners, set structuring of the corporation, and ongoing relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a part of the Senior management team to oversee Sales & Leasing divisions and team to communicate all key plans, activities, initiatives, reports, and targets, and will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Sales.
• Organize and manage the sales & Leasing department to achieve agreed revenue targets within budget development and monitoring
• Develop and implement the sales & leasing strategies and plans according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Motivate the team, maintain office decorum, develop and implement leasing and sales procedures and report to the Head of Operations & Sales.
• Carry out the day-to-day functions of sales and leasing managers through conducting regular one on one and group meetings with the sales and/or leasing team members, as well as highlighting the weak points in every sale and/or leasing and preparing and executing an action plan to resolve them.
• Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service to the potential customers.
• Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
• Hire, manage, train and motivate the Sales and Leasing teams, and assist them to achieve their targets, responsibilities and obligations towards the company
• Work hand in hand with management to develop and implement new marketing strategies, sales and leasing presentations and project pitches.
• Planning and executing collective team goals and ensuring they comply with Tilal’s vision and mission.
• Determines and monitors the divisions’ key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
• Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales and leasing opportunities through multiple mediums.
• Real Estate Experience in UAE as Department Head or Director is a must
• UAE DL & Own car is must
• 5+ years experience in UAE Real Estate Industry/ Mater Plan Developer
• Proven track record in Sales & leasing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels: customers, sales teams other internal associates and corporate client
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• The ability to build a team
• The ability to earn a commission from the team performance
• Excellent Communication skills
• Great Leadership Skills
