Sales & Leasing Director - Industrial/Warehouses

Client is a real estate developer who are currently building a large amount of industrial warehouses. The role of the Sales & Leasing Director includes Business Development, Marketing for the Industrial Real Estate Portfolio, Sourcing and Negotiation of Land and Building Leases, Pricing and Sales Strategy, Lease Execution and Renewal.

Main responsibilities:
• Define and implement short and long–term Marketing strategy.
• Define and implement short and long–term Sales and Leasing strategies.
• Analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons.
• Development of sales forecasts through analysis of economics, market trends, legislation, sales data, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the UAE & GCC industrial real estate industry.
• Prepare sales budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance.
• Review sales data, expenses, advertising and promotional expenses and analyse variances and initiate corrective action as required.
• Engage the business community, Government, industry and professional associations to create new contacts and generate new business.
• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage a CRM database of current and prospective clients including their parent companies.
• Manage the design, production, and publication of marketing materials (digital and physical).
• Manage the sales & leasing team and external marketing consultants.
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• 10 Years of industrial real estate experience in sales / leasing / brokerage - A minimum of 3 years in the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Arabic language (spoken and written skills required)
• Proven track record of success in industrial real estate (sales / business development) in the UAE / GCC
• Exceptional sales and customer relationship management experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write communications clearly, concisely and effectively.
• Experience and reach to local, regional & international prospect businesses
• Excellent presentation & communication skills.
